Project Description

Refurbishment and replacement of Heating ventilation and air conditioning services to cat A. The offices in Hayhill Mayfair comprised of 6 floors, lower ground to 4th floor.

The existing services were stripped back to risers. New services installation required the replacement of basement plant room gas fired boilers and associated pumps.

The existing roof top air cooled chillers were retained and serviced whilst the pumps and pressurization units associated with the chilled water services were replaced. Above ceiling 4 pipe fan coil units were installed with new secondary ductwork distribution, supply and return grilles to facilitate the layout.

Existing air handling plant was upgraded.

A Trend BMS was supplied and installed to control the building services plant.

Toilet facilities were enhanced with a complete replacement including new sanitary ware public health and plumbing modification works.
