Project Description

Cat B office refurbishment of ground to fourth floor, in an occupied environment.

The works included the validation of existing services and performance, the re-planning of the ground floor replacing four pipe fan coil units and modifications to the ventilation system.

Re-configuration of the ground floor atrium, introducing new café area with a dedicated heating, cooling and ventilation system. First, second, third, fourth modifications, adaption’s and additions to the fan coil system and ventilation primary and secondary distribution. New supply and return air grilles to facilitate new layout.

Plumbing, CWS, HWS and public health works to new tea rooms, ground floor café, shower and changing rooms.
Cleaning, commissioning and testing of new installation.
