Project Description
The services work comprised of the refurbishment of ground and first floor, introducing a vrv heat recovery system.
The Vrv indoor units comprised of floor mounted consoles a majority were chassis only with oak finished casings manufactured by the main contractor.
Construct and fit out a bespoke acoustic plant room to accommodate the Mitsubishi VRV condensers.
Installation of communications room cooling system.
New ventilation extract systems to kitchenettes and toilets.
Installation of new electric water heating, sanitary ware , CWS, HWS and drainage.
Modifications to gas supply and service of existing boiler plant.
